Dreamstone Investments is a privately held apartment and commercial real estate company that was founded by Vehano Joseph and Nick Contessa in 2018. We currently have over $250 million in Assets under management and have owned and managed over 3,500 units in the Sunbelt region. Since its inception, the company has experienced tremendous growth and success through a value-add approach, focusing on the Opportunistic and underperforming properties within the sunbelt.
Our goal is to simplify the capital markets process by:
1) Developing / Acquiring assets.
2) Asset manage to a proven strategy/business plan and,
3) Exit the asset maximizing the return for the investor.

Vehano Joseph
CEO & Co-Founder of Dreamstone
Vehano is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Dreamstone, a rapidly growing multifamily investment firm with bases in Atlanta, Nashville, and Tampa MSA’s. Under his leadership, Dreamstone has moved from emerging to an established player in the multifamily space. Prior to launching Dreamstone, Vehano, Chartered Accountant/CPA from Cape Town, South Africa, was a Fortune 50 financial consultant.
He managed business mergers and acquisitions in excess of 5 billion dollars. Vehano brings his exceptional financial acumen and managerial experience to drive favorable investor returns. He has relevant experience in several adjacent industries and has worked with category leaders in commercial banking, consumer goods, private prisons, real estate investment trusts (REITs), environmental engineering, retail manufacturing, and regenerative tissue engineering.
Nicholas Contessa
COO & Co-Founder of Dreamstone
Nick is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder; he manages the operations and renovations for Dreamstone’s portfolio. Prior to and while building Dreamstone’s portfolio, Nick worked as a project and estimating manager for a prominent residential shell contractor on the West Coast of Florida. While in that role, Nick managed the shell construction of over 200 homes, multiple townhome projects, has estimated over 800 homes and other various projects. Before working in residential construction, Nick was a contractor for IndyCar, helping manage the build process of temporary racetracks and events around the country, primarily working on the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.

Steeve has invested in over 3,000 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience including multifamily repositioning and ground-up development.
He holds an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. Prior to founding Joining Dreamstone he built a successful career delivering multi-million-dollar IT systems solutions in the Financial and Biotech industries.
Since 2013 he has leveraged his business operations experience, conservative approach and analytical skills to clearly assess risk, invest wisely and manage assets to maximize returns.

Joel Bolomboy

Joel Bolomboy Acquisition Manager is an ex-NBA player still playing professionally. Joel has succeeded at the highest level.
Joel fell in love with real estate and is applying his skillsets of hard work, passion, determination, obsession to succeed and many other quality traits to multi-family real estate investing. Joel founded a successful private equity company that acquired and managed over 400 units of multi-family real estate.

Gina Davis is President of Property Management and New Development for Dreamstone. Mrs. Davis oversees new development, acquisitions, and all property management related operations for Dreamstone. Mrs. Davis has overseen a team of over 150+ employees. She is intimately involved in the development of all onsite operations, hiring, and policy implementation. Most recently Mrs. Davis is currently assisting in the process of design and functionality for a new groundbreaking community in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Dreamstone, Mrs. Davis assisted in the growth and development of a startup property management and investment firm and served as a Senior Community Association and Multi site Manager with FirstService Residential where she oversaw a portfolio of residential, retail, parking, and commercial associations which included The Elite Shops of Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nikita Tobitt

Nikita Tobitt is an Asset Manager with Dreamstone. Ms. Tobitt works closely with the Executive team on various projects to improve performance and the development of new acquisitions. Ms. Tobitt spent over 3 years in hospitality, where she oversaw operations for large groups and contributed to the success of a multibillion-dollar company. Ms. Tobitt has recently completed her certification in project Management.
Ms. Tobitt received her dual Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Sports & Entertainment Marketing from California State University San Bernardino.
Patrick Rice

Patrick Rice Regional Director of Property is a highly experienced Property Management Professional offering expertise in residential and commercial property management with a solid history of progressive success, including exceptional financial performance goals with oversight of multimillion-dollar assets. Over the course of his career, Patrick directed teams of 20+ employees for residential and commercial properties with a portfolio comprising 100+ properties with revenues over $10 million. He is comfortable and confident in forging and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers within residential and commercial entities to negotiate profitable contracts and secure long-term agreements. Patrick’s experience directing and managing within the property management industry ranges from serving as an Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager, and Portfolio Manager.
Ellen Tsang
CPA & Operations Manager
Ellen Tsang , Financial Accounting and Operations Manager
Ellen is a CPA and financial reporting analyst with a Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Ellen has audit experience working with REITs, private prisons, and financial reporting experience in other organizations in the real estate investment sector. During Ellen’s auditing career, she was responsible for the audit of a large REIT company amounting to $2 Billion in net assets. Ellen’s experience also includes financial reporting of a large company within the real estate investment sector amounting to over $1B in assets.
